Mindful Living Experience was born out of the UK's largest mindfulness event. All of our events, workshops, and experiences are about bringing people together for learning, relaxation, mindfulness, and fun. We support happier, healthier lives and better sleep.
The Mindful Living Experience Home Retreat, which we have just launched, will be held online on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
No matter if you're new to mindfulness, or have been practicing for some time, you can find inspiration, learn, and even try new practices in the privacy of your own home with our experts. You only need a device that can listen to or view the audio and internet access.
