LATA Expo - Reimagined. What does it mean for exhibitors and buyers? What does it mean for buyers? The B2B event is a showcase of the best Latin American products and brings together key UK and European buyers and exhibitors. LATA Expo offers three days of valuable business meetings, networking, conference content, and unique evening events.
LATA Expo was launched in 2014 as Experience Latin America and has been the leading event for the Latin American travel industry since then, building relationships with business partners.
We have reimagined LATA for 2024. This will allow us to deliver the valuable business opportunities we have created in 2014.
LATA Expo 2024 is a residential event that will be more intimate and fully residential. It will take place on the Beaumont Estate just outside of historic Windsor in Berkshire.
Exhibitor spaces will be limited to 100 for a boutique and personal event.
On the first day, we will launch the LATA Expo Conference, which includes a half-day programme with inspiring and informative material, as well as the Sustainability Conference, on the third.
The LATA Achievement Awards will be presented at a Gala Dinner on Monday.
All of this is in addition to the scheduled meeting that has always been at the core of LATA Expo.
As part of the exhibitor package, all exhibitors will be accommodated at Beaumont Estate. This will include accommodation for three nights (inclusive of Sunday to Tuesday nights), meals, a meeting schedule, a spot at the LATA Expo Conference and Sustainability Conference, Gala Dinner and evening events the following Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
