You agree to submit this application today and comply with Imaging USA's Code of Conduct and PPA’s Code of Ethics. Also, you must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of PPA as listed below.
Information for Monthly Credit Card Option Applicants. I have submitted a monthly credit card application. I understand that PPA will charge monthly to my credit card. I agree to pay $1.00 each month for bank processing fees. These fees are included in the application dues amount. I will see the monthly charge on my credit cards as Professional Photographers of America. The statement will also act as a receipt. PPA will inform me about any dues changes or renewals and will automatically renew the membership. I have the right to resign from PPA at any time and not be charged for charges. All payments received before that date are non-refundable. Resignation must be in writing, by fax, or via email. Email resignations must be sent from the email address in the member's file. Include their name and PPA ID numbers. I agree to notify PPA about any changes to my credit card such as a change to my account number. PPA will contact you to correct any errors or make corrections to your record if PPA cannot charge my credit card. My membership will be canceled if PPA fails to process my monthly payment. I must pay the full amount to reinstate my membership. If a debit card is used to pay membership dues, PPA will not be responsible for any bank fees or overdrafts.
